Elle fut la fille de Manuchar I Dadiani, prince de Mingrélie et de sa seconde épouse, Tamar Djaqeli.
1621, son demi-frère le prince Levan II Dadiani ou Léon II de Mingrélie arrangea le mariage de sa sœur avec le prince Simon Ier de Gourie.
1625, le prince Levan II Dadiani ou Léon II de Mingrélie fit aveugler Simon Ier de Gourie et il devint moine à Jérusalem.
1636, le futur roi de Kakhétie Rostom de Karthli la demanda en mariage. Bien que musulman, il accéda à la demande de sa femme et le mariage fut célébré selon les rites chrétiens. Elle devint une participante de la politique géorgienne, réduisant les impôts prélevés sur les institutions ecclésiastiques.
